Visitors to our Website
When someone visits www.chelseayoungwriters.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Your information on our system
If you wish to enrol a student with Chelsea Young Writers, we will collect the following personal data:
- Parent’s name, email, telephone numbers and home address;
- Relationship to the student;
- Emergency name and their telephone number;
- Name, age, gender, date of birth and school of the student;
- Any medical conditions or allergies the student has.
We may also retain the information that you have provided at the time of submitting a contact form on our website or when subscribing to our newsletter.

How we use the information you have provided
The information we hold is used to process your booking and to provide you with the service you may have requested. We keep details of transactions you carry out through our site and related to your bookings.
If we may have to contact you or the emergency name you have provided we’ll do so by using the contact details you have submitted at the time of registering on our website or later.
If we correspond with you, we may keep a record of that correspondence including the contact details or other information that you have provided.

We take privacy extremely seriously and we don’t share, or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Your personal data will be held and processed on Chelsea Young Writers’ systems or systems managed by suppliers on behalf of Chelsea Young Writers.
